Choose the device you want to make calls from
* Softphone
By default, the client is set to Softphone, i.e. calls are made via the client with a headset
connected to the computer.
This is symbolized by a “handset” in the lower left corner of the client
* Mobile phone
If you want calls to be made via the mobile phone, click on the handset and select “Mobile <number>” in
the list
The symbol will now change to a “mobile” in the lower left corner of the client
With this setting enabled, outgoing calls made via the client will be sent as a
“callback” to your mobile.
This means that the system will first call your mobile, and when you answer this call, it will
call the number or person you have selected in the client
* Desk phone
If you want calls to be made via the desk phone, click on the handset and select “Desk phone
name” in the list
The symbol will now change to a “desk phone” in the lower left corner of the client
With this setting enabled, outgoing calls made via the client will be sent as
a “callback” to your desk phone.
This means that the system will first call your desk phone, and when you answer this call
it will call the number or person you have selected in the client
You can see how to use the Softphone in the guide, as well as some short video guides, which can be found on our website: https://dstny.dk/connect-3-selvbetjening/downloads-3-videoguides/
