Please note these addresses are only used for SIM card shipments and phone book registrations. To change the customer name and/or billing address, please contact our customer service.

"Addresses" is found under the Customer Setup menu item.

These addresses can be used when ordering a new user with a new subscription, ordering blank SIM cards, and as addresses for phone book display.

Create a New Address

Click the "New address" button on the right.

Type the address in the search field. Matching addresses appear in the dropdown

Select the correct address from the dropdown.

Click the "SAVE" button.

Note: to create a foreign address, uncheck "is a Danish address", select the country, and enter the address manually.

Click "SAVE" to create the address.

Delete the Address

If the address is the account default, change the default first before deleting.

Change the default by clicking the domain on the right and clicking "Edit customer". Derefter kan du vælge en anden adresse i drop down liste ved STandard adresse. Hvis der ikke er oprettet flere adresser kan du trykke på NY ADRESSE knappen og opret en ny en.
