On our subscriptions, we offer automatic data recharge, which can occur up to 4 times a month. This ensures that you always have access to data in months where the monthly data limit is reached before the end of the month.

As an administrator, you also have the option to manage whether automatic recharge should be enabled or disabled for each user.
Here's how:
Go to the "Data Limits" menu item.
Under the "Data Limits" menu item, find the mobile number for which you want to adjust the settings. Click on the Edit icon.
Enabling
To enable automatic recharge, simply check the box next to this option. When recharge is enabled, it will continue until you manually deselect it – it does not expire automatically at the end of the month.
Disabling
If you wish to disable automatic recharge, you can uncheck the box. Note, however, that if you disable this feature, the user will no longer be able to use data once they have used 100% of their data package. Also, note that changes to the top-up settings will only take effect on the 1st of the following month.
