myDstny - User: eSIM for Mobile Phone

We offer eSIM for mobile phones only on the TDC network.

If you wish to replace your physical SIM card in the mobile phone with an eSIM, as a user you can do so by clicking the "REPLACE SIM CARD" button on your User Profile page.

Remember to check whether your phone supports eSIM, before making the switch.

A new window will open where you choose whether you want to switch to a physical SIM card or an eSIM.

When you select eSIM, you will receive some important information, which you must confirm again by pressing the "SWITCH TO ESIM" button.

There is a fee of DKK 25.00 for activating an eSIM.

After pressing the "SWITCH TO ESIM" button, the new eSIM will be active after a few minutes. The old SIM card is deactivated automatically.

The QR code simply needs to be scanned with the mobile phone's camera (not a QR code app).

Bemærk: QR-koden kan kun benyttes 1 gang.

This means that when you change your mobile phone or delete the eSIM from your current mobile phone, you must order a new eSIM.

Your User Profile shows that it is an eSIM card type.

The current QR code can also be found here, if it has not yet been activated.

Using multiple mobile subscriptions on 1 mobile phone

Once the eSIM profile has been downloaded, you can choose to use the eSIM as your default line or as a secondary line alongside your physical SIM card.
