myDstny – Administrator: eSIM for Mobile Phone

    We currently only offer eSIM for mobile phones on the TDC network.

    If you would like to replace a physical SIM card in the mobile phone with an eSIM, as an administrator you can do so by clicking the Edit icon on the SIM card page

    Then click "REPLACE SIM CARD"

    Alternatively, you can also find the "REPLACE SIM CARD" button on the user's User Profile page.

    A new window will open where you choose whether you want to switch to a physical SIM card or an eSIM.

    When you select eSIM, you will receive some important information, which you must confirm again by pressing the "SWITCH TO ESIM" button.
    After pressing the "SWITCH TO ESIM" button, the new eSIM will be active after a few minutes. The old SIM card is deactivated automatically.

    QR-koden skal blot scannes med mobiltelefonens kamera. (ikke en QR kode app).
    Hvis mobilen vender retur med en fejl ved scanningen, så skal eSIM aktiveres via telefonens indstillinger i stedet. Dette gøres således:
    Indstillinger > Vælg Mobilnetværk eller Administration af simkort > Vælg Tilføj mobilabonnement > Scan QR-koden ved at holde din telefon henover den.

    Note: QR-koden kan kun benyttes 1 time.

    If you change your mobile phone, you must order a new eSIM.

    The User Profile shows that it is an eSIM card type.
