myDstny - Administrator: Order Blank SIM Cards

Under the Telephony / SIM Cards menu item.

Click the "Order blank SIM cards" button on the right.

Select Network

(1) Select the network for the cards

(2) Specify the number of cards to send

(3) Select the account to be invoiced for the cards/shipping

Click "Next"

Select Delivery Address

The delivery address is pre-filled with your company name, primary contact, and address. Adjust as needed.

(1) Enter the company name if sending to a business, or first and last name if sending to a private address (evt. til brugeren direkte)

(2) Change or remove the attention person if necessary

(3) Optionally select a different address from the dropdown. If not found, enter it manually.

Click "Next"

Order Confirmation

Click Order to place the order. Click Edit to make changes, or Cancel to abort.

Done

Once you click "Order", the order is sent to our customer service team who will dispatch the cards.
