Country Zones for Roaming and International Calls

International calls

If you are in Denmark and calling abroad, you are making an international call. Rates for international calls follow country zones. You can find information about country zones for international calls on our mobile subscriptions that use the TDC mobile network here.

Please note that the country zones for roaming are different from the country zones for international calls.

Indicative standard rates for calls from Denmark to abroad can be found on my.dstny.dk directly on the User Profile and on the Dashboard overview under the Telephony menu item.

Roaming

It is important to know the roaming countries and zones on our mobile subscriptions that use the TDC mobile network, so you can use your phone without worry — we will do our best to help you before you travel.

Use your phone as you do at home

When travelling in EU and EEA countries, you can use your mobile package as at home with an EU or World+ subscription in your solution. This means that calls, data, and SMS are included, as long as you comply with the fair use policy.

Do you need extra data while travelling?

If you run out of data, we offer a convenient top-up solution.

• Travelling to an EU country? Your data package will be automatically renewed with the equivalent of your subscription. You will receive an SMS with information.
• Travelling to a World+ country? If you have used up your data in the World+ zone, you will receive an SMS allowing you to actively order additional data by following the instructions in the message.

Roaming in the rest of the world

If you travel outside the EU or a World+ country, different rates apply depending on your destination. The world is divided into different roaming zones with varying prices for calls, data, and SMS.
