myDstny - User : Connect 3.0 Queues

Queues

If you have Connect 3.0, you now have the option to log in and out of the different queues you are a member of in myDstny.

First, select "Queues" from the menu bar on the left side or from the Dashboard.

 

1. Statistics

You can view statistics for the ring groups you are a member of by clicking on the statistics icon on the far right side. A new pop-up window will open.

 

 

 

 

2. Log in / out

 

To log into a queue, click on the slider next to the queue itself.

 

If you click the arrow next to the queue, you can see who else has the option to log into this queue and what activities they have.

 

 

If you have supervisor rights in Connect 3.0, you will also have the option to log your colleagues in and out of specific queuess. Simply click on the slider in front of their names.
